聽到A酸有副作用，很多人都會有點害怕。不過只要有正確的認知跟正確的處理方式，對於A酸會產生哪些副作用?，也可以得到很好的控制。

• 1.皮膚乾燥A酸的功效之一就是抑制皮脂分泌，除了皮膚會感到乾燥發癢之外，像眼睛、嘴巴，都有可能因為黏液分泌減少而造成唇炎、眼睛乾澀。可以改善的方式就是保濕，洗完澡時擦乳液、唇炎，可以擦凡士林保濕、眼睛乾澀可以補充人工淚液。

• 2.肝功能異常、高血脂有部分患者在使用口服A酸後，導致肝功能及血脂異常。所以在使用口服A酸治療暗瘡前，建議先檢查空腹時的數值、進行肝功能檢測，並定期追蹤肝功能及血脂濃度。如果有血脂上升或肝功能異常的狀況，可以先進行飲食控制，除非情況嚴重才需考慮停藥。

• 3.視力輕微下降口服A酸可能會影響夜視力降低、畏光，所以服藥時盡量避免開車或需要清楚視力的行為。基本上停藥就會恢復，但如果眼睛有嚴重不舒服，還是要趕快就醫。
